Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations require a 50% deposit in the form of a check or a credit card payment.
- Check deposit must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival.
- Credit Card deposit must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit is refundable less $50 administrative fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- There is a 50% penalty if canceled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival and no refund thereafter.
- Balance is due upon arrival.

Taxes & Occupancy Policy:
- 7% discount on bookings for seven (7) or more nights.
- Government tax= 10%. Service charge= 10%.
- You may have 1 extra guest in the Deluxe and Junior rooms, and 2 extra guests in the Penthouse -- $20.00 per adult guest per night.
- You may have 2 Children, 12 years of age or under, in any room -- $10.00 per child per night
- All room rates, except the Penthouse, are based on double occupancy. Penthouse rates based on 4 occupants (2 couples) but can accommodate up to six guests.
